anyone have comments on this engine---planes it would fit---ect?

Saw those and thought "why?"

Sticking that complicated carby right up front like that means that the first decent crash will almost certainly wreck the motor.

I'm also unconvinced that gas motors are practical under 20cc -- and even then, only the DLE20 has impressed me, all the others appearing to be overweight and underperforming.

The video of the NGH-17 doesn't impress me either.

A little Googling seems to indicate that this is a variant of a JBA engine -- in which case I'd say "run, run away!"

For very little more weight and money, you could buy a DLE20, which is a known performer.
