Turnigy 9x NimH Charging

Turnigy 9x NimH Charging
I have 3 pac's:
2650mA Tx Rino Lipo pac
2450mA NimH LSD pac
2200mA NimH LSD pac
On the Lipo I have added a Trunigy Tx plug and added 2 series diodes on the Spektrum lead.
On the NimH's I have added Trunigy and Spektrum plugs.
I charge my Spektrum/Turnigy with a Accucell 6 (o.4a). It will shut off when pac's are full.
Now
Charging the NimH pac's in the Spektrum Dx7 Tx I get 11.7V. :D
Charging the NimH pac's in the Turnigy 9x Tx I get only 10.8V
Question?
Why is the Turnigy 9x Tx limiting the NimH charging to 10.8V? :?:
Again
I get a full charge with the Dx7 and a partial charge with the 9x? :!:
Is there a circuit design issue with the 9x? :?:
Also
Why? all the pac's:
I started with the 9x 8 cell bat case. But quickly went to a Lipo Tx pac Then jumped to the safer and easer NimH pac's.
I am just lazy and prefer to just plug in my Tx into my charger and with the LSD the only thing Lipo is left with is lower mass.

Oh
Measure Volts on same pac
9x / Dx7 / Multi meter
10.1V / 10.9V / 10.84V
The above was measured just after the charger did a full charge in the 9x.

There is a diode in the 9X that messes with the charging.
Search the forums, should be some more info about this issue and ways to fix it.

I had looked just after this post.
I did find info on diode and It is 1 amp so charging on a 9x should be 1 amp or less (I charge at 0.4A).
but
Nothing on why the 9x circuit will limit the charging of the pac. :?:
Now
DX7 I have been told I could use the Tx Lipo's but have to install 2
1N4001 RECTIFIER DIODE 1 AMP 50 VOLT
where
Each diode drops the Tx Lipo 0.75V so 2 in series drops the Tx Lipo 1.5V
and
A 12.5v fully charged Tx Lipo will have a output 11V making it safe for my DX7.
But
I find this means I get nothing from Lipo's they hold a charge and are lighter but so do LSD NimH which are a cheeper and just as easy pac to make.'
getting back
So a diode will drop the Tx charging but it will drop it 0.75V if you look in my orginal post I am getting a big drop in Volts :?:

I charge Nimh pac's that I have made.
for:
Turnigy 9x and Spektrum Dx7 they are the same 8 AA cell pac. The only dif is the plug which I have a lot of Turnigy and Spektrum plugs.
So
My Nimh lsd 8 AA cell pac's can be swaped back and forth.
Now
I nolonger use the Spektrum charger.
Why?
It is a peice of shi@ thats why. I charges at a fix 0.15mA and the firgging thing never shuts off. And as you know all power after a NiMh pac if full is converted to HEAT. HEAT kills NimH cells.
Now
The only charger I use is a Accucell 6. Setting 0.4mA, Auto.
Why?
mA is controled, Max lod is controled !!! IT SHUTS OFF WHEN PAC IS FULL !!!
But
As I stated before the 9x and the Dx7 do not charge the same?
