Buying/building a 250 Quadcopter [URGENT]

I am looking to buy/ build a 250mini quadcopter for under $250, the frame I would use would be the Chinese ZMR250 carbon fibre with no fpv gear but room for a möbius for video, with these soldiered on ---> Mini Quad 1806 2300KV Kit W/ 12A ESC, 5" Prop from *rc timer*. A Naze 32 on it and assembled as tidily as possible just as in Bruce's video on the Chinese 250 video.
If any one would be able to assemble this so its RTF assembled, for me as tidily as possible. For a low price and send it to me
or if knows a place where I could buy one assembled.
I'm a soldering noob so
