HK732 Digital Servo

Postby cynr100 » Mon Oct 08, 2012 12:24 pm

Does anyone, by chance have the us and Hz rating for the HobbyKing HK732MG digital servo, I am mating this to a Assan GA250 gyro on my HK450 and do not want to bugger it for lack of the correct settings.
Have tried to ask this of HK but I keep getting logged out............... :?: .................have I been a naughty boy

It is apparently a rebadged Henge 732 which was apparently similar to the Futaba S9257 (1520us/333Hz), some complain about the unit getting hot, this can be down to an incorrect us/Hz setting in the gyro.

Thanks
Dennis

This any good...?

Henge introduces a new affordable high speed tail servo.
We were already impressed by the 450 size 722 servo of Henge, and now the are coming up with a 500 size tail servo.
The new servo is pretty affordable and will do around 20 euro, we have tested this servo on a 450 Pro and it seems that it performs very well just likes its little brother.
Just like its litle brother it sounds a bit crunchy when moving the servo arm, but its no problem, all Henhes seems to do this.
So its a big bang for the euro!

Henge MD732 digital servos have following technique characteristics:
1. Use metal gears of high intensity and accuracy, and abrasion resistance t make sure the output deviation of servo very small after long time running;
2. Use Japanese raw material to produce outer shell, which is more sturdy and durable and can beat 120℃temperature.

Operating voltage range(V): 4.5V-6.0V
Operating temperature range(℃): -20℃~ +60℃

Thanks Keith....... :D
That is the first time I have seen the 1520us value mentioned in everything I have chased down, appreciated.
I'll work on 1520us which will now give me a choice of 333Hz or 250Hz, at least 2 choices is better than the 5 I started with.

Cheers Dennis

For the first time in months I am not expecting any "parcels", I have a "want list" best I check my credit card is still breathing

SUCCESS  :o

Settings for Assan GA250 gyro when using a Turnigy HK732MG digital servo is 1520us/333Hz ...one step closer to a flying heli :D

I needed the same thing for Henge MD933s.

I emailed Henge and got a reply the next day.

Worth a try if you have probs...
