Turnigy 9X causing Jitters

Postby Eroeder » Tue Mar 26, 2013 5:47 pm

Here is an oddity for the RCMODELREVIEWS master.

I am using a 9X with a smartie board and the latest ER software, as well as a Rangelink LRS. I was experience servo jitter any time I adjust trims or do menu functions as noted in the following video:

Could not get it to stop (moved antenna, changed types of antennas, etc...) until someone told me to turn off the internal beeps of the transmitter. Sure enough, it worked. Very odd.

Anyone know WHY? This is odd and I would love the beeps when I adjust trims, but I guess I will have to live without it.

Any thoughts appreciated.

Could be a bug in the latest firmware report it to the developers.
Load an older software version and see if there is a difference.

I am going to go back to a previous version and see it if still does it. All pretty odd, just glad I was able to make it go away.

Thanks!
