S.Bus and Frsky X8R

Hello,

I ordered 2 Corona SB-3029 and 2 SB-3039 Servos for my new YAK-52.

Now I wonder if I must buy these expencive Hubs from Futaba, or can I make simple breakout cables.
The next question is, do I need an endresistor?
