X8R volt reg replacement as per Bruces Video

Hi, can Bruce (or anyone) tell me the part number and if possible a link to the 3v voltage regulator he replaced in this video?

I've fried 2 of these X8r's in exactly the same way (reverse polarity with the lipo volt telemetry module) over the years and it'd be great if i can get them going for use in cheap foamies
