OrangeRX Transmiter

Hi all
I would like to know if you can take an OrangeRx built in transmitter out and put it in a Turnigy 9x

I would put a Module in or even a DIY kit but Hobbyking have them on back order for ever.

I have just updated the 9x to opentx and a backlight as well

I have a lot of orange receivers and I like the feel of the 9x radio,

So is it possible or not

also another the idea

Can you bind the orange receivers with any other Module that will fit into a 9X
